The key to harmony, contentment and productivity in the workplace is direct, honest and assertive communication. Passive-aggressive, aggressive and passive communication can impact on relationships between managers and their staff and also cause staff to be afraid to speak up, meaning that their employers don’t receive the benefit of their awesome ideas and suggestions and leading employees to feel that they don’t play a part in the growth of the organisation.  Elizabeth equips leaders, managers and employees with the skills and confidence to communicate assertively, without fear, and to normalise the discomfort around having difficult conversations.

Elizabeth also places focus on creating a culture in which feedback (both positive and negative) is given well, employees are encouraged to speak up, transparency and truth are of paramount importance and ideas are sought and shared at any level of the organisation.
