She helps them to fine-tune their skills and actions; work through any psychological blocks; clarify their goals; and, develop action steps to help achieve short-term goals or long-term strategic plans.
Elizabeth approaches performance coaching from an all-encompassing viewpoint which includes working on energy management to equip employees with the awareness to enable them to take responsibility for keeping their energy at an optimum level. Research shows that there is a direct correlation between energy levels and high performance and Elizabeth therefore assists in balancing performance and well-being in a positive manner.
From an organisation-wide perspective Elizabeth encourages leaders to continually monitor and address barriers to optimal performance including: fostering mindsets and behaviours that reinforce growth; building a sense of being capable and confident in order to succeed and welcoming failure as an opportunity for growth.
